This outdoor space was recently completed and designed to be as functional as it is comfortable 🏡

The roof overhang features a mounted TV with the outlet inset directly into the brick for a clean, flush finish, no exposed wires. 🔌📺 A speaker is also built into the space, making it perfect for entertaining.

Up top, the beadboard ceiling was finished with a translucent stain to let the natural wood grain show through, adding warmth without losing character 🌲 The layout offers plenty of room for a table, heater, two fans, a full TV setup, and a five-piece furniture set.

The covered area measures roughly 28’ x 14–16’, giving it a spacious feel without overwhelming the backyard. Above it all, a standing seam roof ties everything together, matching the existing roof on the adjacent structure for a seamless look.

Opening up this first floor completely changed the feel of the home. By removing the walls and installing a structural beam spanning over 28 feet, we created one continuous open-concept space that connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area.
