400 days ago I didn’t expect to still be going strong. Some days I set the timer and enjoy quiet stillness. Some days I listen to guided practices. I joined the somatic challenge that’s starting soon - 7 days of practices from different teachers. I’m looking forward to it 🧘🏽‍♀️

There’s something about water that makes Reiki land differently.

Last month at the lake retreat, I offered sessions from the dock. The gentle rocking beneath us. The sounds of the natural world all around. Sunlight moving through the trees. Each person who came to the dock brought something tender with them.

This retreat has been on my heart for a long time. Watching it come to life, and being trusted to hold space in it, is something I won’t forget. Grateful for and the beginnings of .
