Name that bug

Working bees at my beekeeping mentor's apiary on Sunday. Lots to learn. One hive started swarming when I got there. Swarms are peaceful events where the queen leaves with her workers in search of a new hive location, due to several reasons....overcrowding, lack of food in the hive (honey/pollen), etc. We were able to catch the swarm using a new hive box and some pheromone lure. Often, you'll see a huge clump of bees in a bush or fence post this time of year. Call Wake County Beekeepers, not an exterminator. The bees are peaceful and can be manually scooped up and put into a hive box or bucket. The trick is getting the queen into the new hive. If you've got her, the rest will stay with her.
