Equivalency Custom Shop

This Jackson surprised me. For $999 you get Seymour Duncan Pickups and Stainless Steel Frets. In today’s market that’s actually pretty good, especially compared to others that are usually $1500+

Guitar: Pro Plus Soloist SL2 in British Racing Green.

Work done:
• Cleaned and polished body after being on display in store
• Cleaned and polished the frets using system.
• Setup and intonated to E Standard with set of NYXL strings
(Gauge is 9-11-16-26w-36w-46W).

Back in for some modifications!
This guitar had most of its weak points upgraded, “mainly those awful tuners,” to really make it punch above its weight class.
The main highlight are these tuners. I have been using them in a few builds, and for the price, they are high quality!

• Removed the original 1000 term and installed their 1500 series.
• Installed locking tuners.
• Cleaned and polished the frets.
• Setup and intonated to C Standard with a set of NYXL strings
(Gauge is 11-14-19-32w-44w-56w).
