We are currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper skilled in QuickBooks to join our team.

Responsibilities:
-Weekly processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable in QuickBooks. Function including such as enter/paid bills, invoice customers, A/R collections, credit memos
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financials transactions.
-Work with CPA on preparing tax filings and run financial reports as needed.
-Ensure accuracy of general ledger.
-Journal Entries posting in QuickBooks
-Bank account and credit card reconciliation
-Assist in other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:
-MUST be experienced with QuickBooks, 2018 desktop version. (preferably at least one year experience)
-Self starter
-proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Well organized and the ability to work independently.
-Excellent data entry skills

Hourly rate $15-18 per hour depend on experience. Very flexible hours, 18-25 hour/week.
