🚗 Content & Social Media Manager (In-Shop)

Dynamic Auto Pros – Garden City, Idaho

Dynamic Auto Pros is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our online presence and help grow the brand through consistent, high-quality content.

This is an in-shop, hands-on role—you’ll be actively creating content inside the shop, capturing real work, and helping turn that into leads, engagement, and long-term brand growth.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
* Filming and creating content daily in the shop (PPF, wraps, tint, detailing)
* Shooting **before & afters**, process videos, and highlight content
* Editing videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
* Writing captions and posting consistently across all platforms
* Planning and executing promotions and campaigns
* Assisting with blog content and website updates
* Managing comments, messages, and basic customer engagement
* Helping maintain a consistent brand voice and content style

🎯 What Success Looks Like
* Consistent, high-quality content being posted weekly
* Increased engagement, followers, and visibility
* Content that actually helps drive leads and booked jobs
* Organized, planned-out campaigns (not last-minute posting)

🧠 What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing social media accounts or creating content consistently preferred
* Comfortable filming in a fast-paced shop environment
* Confident being on camera and directing others when needed
* Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
* Organized and able to plan content ahead—not just react
* Interest in automotive (or willingness to learn quickly)

💰 Pay & Schedule
* $18–$25/hr (based on experience)+ Performance based bonuses
* Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* In-shop role (Garden City, ID)

This is not just a “posting” role.
There is strong potential to grow into a lead marketing / brand role as we continue to expand. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something—not just clock in and out.
