You won't see this one on YouTube. You want strength and endurance with out running/cycling/ swimming and lifting weights. 6 exercise circuit with 22 pound weighed vest. The sled is almost 1000 pounds. 10 rounds. 1. 10 pushups 2. 30 second hollow hold 3. Push sled 50 feet 4. 30 second Battle rope 5. 5 pullups 6. Pull sled backwards to start. This will effectively work every muscle group.
