NBS has partnered with Merrill Fencing Company of Gallup, NM. We are hiring a fence installer supervisor to work out of our office in Gallup, NM.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experienced with installation and repair of barbed wire & chain link fences and gates
• Can lead/manage teams of 2 - 6
• Basic understanding of construction plans, job site safety and supervision
• Dig fence post holes by hand and machine
• Experienced with mixing and setting concrete and cement
• Can safely load and unload trucks and secure loads for transport on trucks and trailers
• Can drive with a trailer
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients and vendors
• Install gates
• Must be able to lift objects more than 75 lb.
• Must have a valid driver license

PREFERRED:
• Experience with wrought iron, vinyl, wood, panel, PVC, and pole gates and fences
• Can operate a skidsteer with hydraulic attachments
• Can operate an one-man and two-man auger safely
• Can speak Navajo
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiar with invoicing, and estimating
• Familiar with scheduling

WORK DESCRIPTION:
This is a full time, 32/hr per week job. Some overtime may be authorized. Hours are not guaranteed. Benefits will become available after employee's first anniversary. Drug and Alcohol free workplace.
