It is with a heavy heart that we share the loss of Fred Silver.

Fred joined the RTMC Board and made an immediate impact, not only on RTMC, but on each of us personally. His kindness, generosity, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to serving others touched countless lives throughout our community.

In his short time with RTMC, Fred brought enthusiasm, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference. He was the kind of person who made everyone feel valued and welcomed, and his presence will be deeply missed.

We are grateful for the time we had with Fred and for the lasting legacy he leaves behind. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Fred will be remembered with love, respect, and gratitude.
