A deal was made apparently on letting Texas buy some of the Trump wall from the Federal Government. It is truly a very effective wall, that as each segment is completed does provide a barrier to both illegal immigration and illegal Drugs. Does it stop them 100%, no but neither did the Wall between the West Bank and Israel, But like that wall, this stops or puts a barrier to even small groups coming over the wall. Not shown here the wall has had floodlights installed. so that it is even harder to slip over the Wall. There is talk of even more electronic detection measures, being added to the fence.

This is the new colonization of the world and China has made inroads all over the world. What many do not realize is that they are very active here in the USA.. and in fact right here in the Rio Grande Valley.. I was first approached to lend my support to getting them into local Government departments and agencies. If you look at most of the corruption cases the FBI has made in the Valley, they almost all point to Chinese involvement, although you have to look hard and deep to find Them. The first one I found was the original company that approached me through a local businessman here in Mission Texas. I was approached to help a local firm sell LED lighting systems to local Governments. I made a few introductions for a friend, but no money passed hands. Local Governments had rules about doing long term contracts for lighting. This was the loophole that China was trying to exploit. But they learned quickly and got a larger firm called ASI to front the systems. This provided just enough distance from China to get the deals through, that and bribing local city council members as well as members of local school districts and even water districts. These deals have resulted in a lot of corruption trials and convictions around the valley. Another area that China is working scams on are Water Meters and Electric meters. But the hidden cost of the China involvement is still not made it to most of the court cases. The LED lighting for instance was controlled by a system that was imbedded in the lights, and hooked up to the local Data Grid. This gave them usage data, which was sent to China for helping them to keep the lights as efficient as possible. Sounds great yes, but it also gave Chin the router passwords for the City and the School Districts, and the water districts, once China has these passwords they have virtually unlimited access to all the data flowing through the routers. At his point they can also control different parts of you Cities operations. Now add the China made Water meters and the Chinese made electric meters. And you could even shut down basic systems from China, like water systems even electrical systems. I found these quickly in the Rio Grande Valley, but I am sure they are doing the same things to Cities all over the USA. Now, how do we stop it.

This oversite is dearly needed. The SBA is lousy at administering grant money. They lose billions every year to bad contracts, and most go to what ever political side in in power at the time. On the other side, these grants can make or break a small business, so it is very important to all of us that they are continued. I think the key is to keep monitoring the Grants through their life cycle. And simple audits by the SBA can clean a lot of this up. A first year book keeper could see when the contracts start to very away from the straight an narrow. Most SBA clients have never had these types of funds before and tend to go a bit wild with them. There is also a group of scammers that follow these grants and try and take advantage of the SBA can keep an eye on this fairly easy.
