D360W stands apart from other programs because we involve the parents! Every Sunday we offer a Child / Parent partner class. Youth love to have their parents be part of their success. Going through the challenges of the workout together will not only strengthen the bond between child and parents but give you memories to share for life.

MEET THE OPERATIONS TEAM - ME (KRIS)

All good organizations have a strong backbone, so I like to sit in the background and make my mom (Teresa) look good! (I have years of practice with this!) We are trying to build a program to make every one feel welcomed, supported, and bring out the confidence we all know is hiding deep down. If you have any ideas to help our promote, improve, or would just like to see come to life, we are always open to new ideas!
