Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician ($25/hr)

Pay: based on skill level and experience, mileage paid if personal vehicle is used

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm with 30 min lunch, emergency calls on weekends as needed.

Preferred Skills:
- Plumbing skills required to remove, repair, and replace pvc pipes and fittings, copper pipe and fittings, water heaters, valves, meters, etc.
- HVAC repair and replacement (knowledge in condensers, evaporators, and heaters)
- Electrical skills including breaker, receptacle, wire, and fixture replacements and repairs
- Drywall repair
- Painting and staining
- Appliance repair and installation
- Landscaping
- Pool maintenance
- any licenses or certifications will increase pay

Requirements:
- All basic plumbing, ac, and electrical tools required to perform work
- vehicle to carry all required tools and potentially any replacement appliances, lawn tools, or replacement fixtures
- no criminal history (i.e. felonies)
- personal phone will be used to communicate with manager throughout the week
