Please, listen to Srila Prabhupada every day with great attention. Commit yourself to this and be determined to do it. Many auspicious things will happen if you just make the effort to listen attentively.
One thing is that when you carefully hear attentively lectures by Srila Prabhupada, your attachment to Krsna will gradually develop and also your faith will gradually develop. Krsna surely inhabits His praises. That’s a fact. So, every moment you spend using your free will to choose to practice this regulative principle of hearing (attentively), there is a positive effect. It will be imperceptible in the beginning, but the gradual increase in faith and love for Krsna will develop over time. And the bonus is that once gained, it remains with you forever.
Please understand that Krsna is antiseptic. When you hear His Name and praises, especially sung by a Maha Bhagavata like our beloved Srila Prabhupada, then due to Krsna’s absolute nature He is there 100% Personally present in your company. And the effect is that He purifies everything that He comes into contact with. Understand with a little intelligence how Krsna is Absolute, and then exercise your free will to make the choice to sacrifice a little of your time and reap the benefits of this regulative devotional service of attentively hearing. Then increase it as you are able.
Be determined to keep up this practice and after a few weeks you will see your attachment to Krsna increasing gradually more and more. These lectures are filled with loving sentiments spoken by a pure devotee, and we can take advantage of repeatedly hearing. Make it a point of gently bringing the mind back when it repeatedly wanders, which is surely will in the beginning.
Everything is up to your determination to practice. First, understand with your intelligence how the process works then make up your mind to actually doing it. Krsna consciousness is not just going to fall on you (usually). You have to make the effort and work at it. These lectures are unlimited ways of finding Krsna. Think about it. Read this over again slowly and make up your mind to just do this one little thing. Please, for your own Krsna consciousness.
