Hey friends we have some exciting changes happening here this week 🧨

We’ve partnered with our friends Adena Farms at Fort McCoy Ranch to source all of our beef 🐄 that means every burger, brisket and steak you order was pasture raised and grass fed about 45 minutes away from our restaurant. We’re “cow jumped over the moon excited” for this and the flavors are incredible 🧑‍🍳

We’re also in the midsts of flavor labs and updating our menus. Some changes you can see immediately are our revamped risotto and cut of steak 🥩
