Mindful Mondays | Project Yet Mindful Mondays, held on the first Monday of each month, offer a gentle invitation to slow down, reset, and return to yourself. Together, we create a supportive space that includes breathwork, focusing exercises, guided reflection, energy work, and a nourishing sound bath.

Happy Father's Day to all the bio dads, step dads, surrogate dads, moms being dads, and all other forms of dads.

Sending huge comfort to those for whom this day is hard, know that you are cared for and seen.
