We officially finished our first stack of apartments for Gainesville’s premier living quarters near Shands Hospital, University of Florida, downtown and the College of Veterinary Medicine!

The Bartram Gainesville luxury apartments upgraded their finishes top to bottom and repaired some exterior components to (4) of their units!

Ownership of this complex invested in their residents for the long-term by giving them high quality cabinets, quartz countertops, new luxury vinyl flooring, paint, appliances and brand new walk-in showers with glass doors.

We couldn't be happier to share some photos of the finished spaces!!

We are so excited to share another completed buildout!! We partnered with a local longstanding hair salon to build it’s newest location near Publix on the corner of Archer Road and Tower Road!

The client was wanting a more modern look, we achieved this with brand new finishes from top to bottom giving the space a high contrast, luxe feel.

We are so excited to have finished renovating a new office for the Florida College System Risk Management Consortium in a very popular complex located off of NW 43rd Street.

The goal for FCSRMC was to create an open floor plan for their team to better collaborate and serve the colleges around the community and we are grateful to deliver this quick turnaround service for them!!

We have just partnered with a local longstanding hair salon to build it’s newest location near Publix on the corner of Archer Road and Tower Road!

The new salon will offer the same great services it has been to its growing customer base including all hair styling and facials but will deliver these services in a space with brand new finishes top to bottom and modern salon/styling stations.
