ISC, a managed service provider (MSP) based in Gainesville, GA is expanding its office staff and is looking for a dispatcher to join our team. This person will act as a single point of contact for service requests and coordinate technical resources to best solve issues that clients have.

Responsibilities:

-Interface with clients on called-in service tickets.

-Review all service tickets that are created and evaluate for need, priority, and scheduling.

-Coordinate service tickets between clients and service technicians.

-Monitor and follow-up with technician's resource scheduling to verify work is completed in a timely manner.

-Coordinate escalation of tickets between support tiers.

-Resource utilization metric analysis and reporting

Characteristics Desired:

-Customer Service and Communication skills

-Highly Organized

-Ability to multi-task

-Self-Motivated

-Technical Awareness (a basic understanding of business technologies to better analyze and match tech skills with service tickets
