The acquisition represents another significant milestone in CROM’s strategic growth plan, expanding the company’s service capabilities and geographic reach throughout Texas and Oklahoma, and further reinforces CROM’s long-term strategy of building a nationwide platform of complementary water infrastructure services.

Together, the organizations will provide owners with enhanced technical expertise, expanded geographic coverage, and greater resources to address the increasing need for rehabilitation and protection of aging water infrastructure.

We are pleased to announce an addition to the leadership team at CROM. Welcome Cat Cruz, CROM’s new Head of People Strategy!

Cat most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for Regal Boats, where she led enterprise-wide people strategy, organizational development, talent acquisition, total rewards, and culture initiatives. With more than 23 years of executive HR leadership experience across manufacturing, healthcare, private equity, consumer products, and family-owned organizations, Cat has successfully led complex organizational transformations, scaled HR infrastructure, and guided the integration of more than 50 acquisitions while serving as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership.

In the past 250 years, America has made a lot of progress when it comes to clean water and wastewater treatment.

In the United States in 1776, wastewater disposal consisted of emptying waste into open pits, ditches or bodies of water. There was no such thing as water treatment, just natural dilution.

Since then, drastic advancements have been made in the wastewater industry. Thanks to industry leaders like CROM, modern wastewater treatment consists of multi-step processees to remove solids, nutrients and contaminents. Clean water is returned to the environment responsibly, and every day we are coming up with ways to make wastewater treatment even better.

We do not know what the next 250 years of wastewater treatment will hold, but we do know that CROM will be a part of it!
