🚨 You know that moment when your brain skips every logical explanation and goes straight to… “This is going to be expensive.” 😅

Yep. That was me.

I walked outside and found Vlad standing in the yard, foaming at the mouth. He barely wagged his tail, looked absolutely pitiful, and just stared at me like he needed rescuing.

So naturally, I started mentally preparing for the worst…

…until I looked down. 😂

Let’s just say Vlad had been making some very questionable life choices.

🐴 Wobbly Wednesday: Finding the Milk Bar 🍼

Nobody gives newborn foals a map… but somehow they’re expected to find breakfast. 😅🐴

The first couple of hours of a foal’s life are full of big milestones.

Stand up.

Balance those wobbly legs.

Find Mom.

…and then figure out where the milk bar is. 😅

Preacher had the determination. He just needed a few extra attempts to put all the pieces together.

Every wrong turn taught him something new, and before long, everything finally clicked. ❤️

Watching a newborn learn is one of the greatest reminders that confidence doesn’t happen all at once—it grows one little success at a time.

By the end, Preacher was nursing well within the normal time frame and was on his way to becoming the healthy, mischievous c**t we know today.

Sometimes all they need is a little patience… and a mama who’s willing to stand still while they figure it out. 🥹
