We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at one of our multifamily communities in Gainesville. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, responsible for providing outstanding customer service, generating leasing leads, and ensuring the property remains fully leased.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the property.
• Effectively communicate property features, benefits, and leasing terms.
• Process rental applications and verify applicant information.
• Assist with lease agreements and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, pricing, and competitor properties.
• Respond to resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media posts, community events, and outreach campaigns.
• Maintain the appearance of the leasing office and model units.
