"The Edge DBS" is the ideal crossover between a mill-mounted system and a full crankshaft balancer. With a smaller footprint and a rigid sliding bracket for a magnetic base drill, you don't have to sacrifice sensitivity or shop space to bring your balancing in house. At roughly half the price of our PB-L500 Deluxe, you can save money and still be able to balance any crankshaft that comes through the door.

This is a CEMB balancing machine originally private-labeled by RMC for the automotive crankshaft industry. The original drill press was sold by the previous owner, but the machine has since been professionally upgraded and modernized by our team at ProBal Dynamic Balancing.

Upgrades and Features:

- Complete retrofit with our advanced computer-based electronics system

- New AC drive motor with VFD control for smooth, precise operation

- High-quality pneumatic drive system, excellent for both crankshaft and other industrial balancing jobs

- Fully tested and ready to work immediately

Options:

- Offered as-is for $15,000 (no drill)

- We can retrofit a mag drill column onto the existing slide for an additional $500 if the buyer wants a turnkey drilling setup. Slide has a built in air clamp for stability.

All electronics are covered by our ProBal warranty and technical support. This is a premium retrofit, not a hobby rebuild with the same technology we use in our production balancing systems.
