It's almost Zumba time!!! Join me for Zumba both at the Gainesville Health and Fitness Center on Newberry Road!

Meet me at 8am at the Echo Pavilion for 50 minutes in the beautiful fall weather!!

Then meet me tonight in the Main Center Studio at 7pm! I will be subbing for the awesome Liz Wolf!

Tomorrow at 8am to 8:50am!!! GFHC Echo Pavilion!!!

When I tipped the scales at 230lbs Zumba was one of the exercises that helped me to stay committed! It didn't feel like exercise! When I left the class, I could literally wring out my shirt! I was excites when class began and sad when it ended! I was so hooked that I made my schedule so that it did not interfere with me attending class!

As an instructor, I know what it takes and I know what others means to have a passion for what I do because when I look my class, no matter how many attend, I see MYSELF! I see me when I was working to reach my goal so I am when I teach, I want to push my students past what they may be used to all while smiling!

I make my classes high impact but all moves can be modified to fit wherever you are! The best part is when the students learn the moves, when they request particular songs and when they move more than they did before. When I teach, I don't lax, I give it everything because I am still working on me! I have been there so I understand!

So join me! If not me! Find someone that moves you and motivates you! It is when you move PAST your excuses that you receive your reward!
