🔥 Forge Foundations: Shoulder Resilience 🔥

A 6-week PT-led small group course designed to help athletes rebuild shoulder mobility, strength, and control so you can keep training without nagging pain.

Course Details:
🗓 Starts Tuesday, March 17th
⏰ 8:15–9:00 AM
📍 1x per week for 6 weeks

What you’ll do over 6 weeks:
Weeks 1–2 → Mobility + movement re-education
Weeks 3–4 → Bodyweight strength + light resistance
Weeks 5–6 → Controlled loading + dynamic movements
