Appointments are picking up to weekly, it now time to set my environment and get ready to bring a healthy active baby into the world and really focus on my health and not stress at this time.

So we are going to switch over to 1 on 1 or call in orders.

✨ for 1-on-1 if your looking to lose weight , gain weight, skin care etc. and ready to start / restart your journey ❤️ let’s set a time to meet. No need to wait til the New Year , you have to eat now so let’s get them meals right for your goal 🙌🏾

We thank all our customers and clients for being so understanding and loving during this time with us. Still supporting us even when we’ve had to close or adjust hours or coming in on a day I was in pain and still was caring to be patient with me. That means a lot to me and my family ♥️
