On Sept. 29, 2025, 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞 — NCHA Horse of the Year, NCHA Hall of Fame inductee, and earner of $342,528 — was welcomed to Solo Select Horses.

Melanie Smith recently joined Tom McCutcheon, Gunny Mathison, Cade McCutcheon, and Joe Schmidt to share her story and along the way, she tells how both her and Ty Smith purchased 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞 at the Teton Dispersal Sale, going above the number they'd agreed on and why it ended up being the best decision they could have made.
