Four years ago, on the heels of the pandemic, Phoenix Institute found its home at 112 West Academy Street in Gainesville, GA. What started as a vision to reimagine education and make classes like CPR, ACLS, and beyond more accessible to North Georgia has grown into something truly special.

Since then, we’ve stayed committed to our mission—providing high-quality education at reasonable prices. We’ve been honored to serve thousands of students across the state, and the relationships we’ve built along the way have been nothing short of extraordinary.

Today, we officially say goodbye to the space that has been our home for the last four years as the building is scheduled for demolition. While it’s bittersweet to leave, we’re excited about what’s ahead.

Phoenix Institute isn’t going anywhere—we’re simply evolving. CPR training will continue throughout the community and with our valued corporate partners. We’re also actively exploring new opportunities for EMS Initial Education - more to come on that later this year.

The EMS Evolve Conference should be making a return in the fall with an incredible lineup.

Our staff is now fully virtual, but we’re still just a phone call or email away. You may find our future classes hosted in churches, community spaces, or even right at your own location.

To every student, partner, and team member who has been a part of our journey—thank you. Your support and trust have meant the world. We’re looking forward to this next chapter and to continuing our work of making education accessible, impactful, and affordable.

As we celebrate this holiday season, we want to express our gratitude to our students, faculty, and staff for an incredible year. While our campus will be closed for the holiday and to provide our team with some much needed time to recharge, our commitment to supporting you continues!

👉 Our online programs, including the EMS Instructor Continuing Education program, are available to help you meet those December 31st license renewal deadlines.

The campus will reopen on January 3rd, and we look forward to welcoming you back as we start a new year full of growth and opportunity.
