At Ananda Farm today, I found myself surrounded by baby goslings, soft grass, and the quiet rhythm of nature. All little goslings nestled against me and drifted peacefully to sleep, reminding me of something we often forget in our busy lives:

Every living thing needs a safe space.

A place to slow down. A place to breathe. A place where we can let our guard down and simply be.

Nature has a remarkable way of healing us. The gentle breeze, the birds in the distance, the warmth of the sun, and the trust of these tiny creatures remind us that peace is not something we have to chase—it is something we can return to.

At Ananda, our farm is more than a source of fresh ingredients. It is a sanctuary. A reminder that life is meant to be connected—to the earth, to animals, to one another, and to ourselves.

Today, this little gosling chose my lap as its safe place. Perhaps that’s nature’s way of reminding all of us to find ours.
