A traffic stop near Orangethorpe Avenue and Raymond Avenue last night led to the arrest of a driver on multiple felony weapons charges.
During the stop, officers discovered an illegally possessed ghost gun inside the vehicle. The driver was taken into custody and booked into the Fullerton Jail.
Last night at approximately 9:17 PM, Fullerton Police Officers responded to the area of Harbor Blvd and Las Riendas Dr regarding a possible residential burglary in progress. The caller reported seeing an unknown subject in their yard via surveillance cameras, and that the suspect may have entered the residence.
Officers quickly responded, located the caller and the suspects, and ultimately arrested five individuals for residential burglary and conspiracy. Two of the five suspects are on probation or parole for burglary, and all five have prior burglary-related arrests.

Yesterday around 10:00 AM, one of our Motor Officers stopped a driver who decided honesty was the best policy…
The driver immediately admitted to drinking and driving. During the investigation, the officer also located co***ne inside the vehicle on a shirt. When asked about it, the driver casually asked if the officer “needed him to dust it off.”
Spoiler alert: He did not and that would be destruction of evidence.
The driver was arrested for DUI and drug-related charges. Thankfully, this stop happened before someone was seriously hurt.
If you drink, don’t drive. Call a rideshare, a friend, a family member… literally anyone but your steering wheel.
