Back in 2018, Penelope Bourbon was born out of something truly personal: the joy of welcoming a daughter named Penelope. To celebrate that moment founders Mike Paladini and his childhood friend Danny Polise set out to craft a bourbon that felt like a celebration in a glass.

They teamed up with a historic distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana a place steeped in bourbon heritage and began blending straight bourbons into a uniquely smooth, flavorful whiskey that anyone could enjoy.
