State Farm® Life policies do not exclude COVID-19 vaccinations.

All Life claims related to COVID-19 will be handled in the same manner as any other life insurance claim.

State Farm® life policies do not contain exclusionary clauses that would prevent coverage or a claim payment of the basic plan amount due to receiving a legally approved vaccination, such as the COVID-19 vaccine.

In general, State Farm views a COVID-19 vaccination favorably and considers it no different than receiving a vaccination for the flu. State Farm reserves the right to investigate a claim for death occurring within the contestability period.
