I had BUG division wins on 5 of the 13 stages of the 2026 Rocky Mountain Regional, all with a sketchy POA/POI sight situation (2x BUG DM Confirmed) and a slide newly returned from . Still wasn’t enough to walk away with a division or classification trophy because of the other excellent shooters making bug great again and that effing desk stage.

New Battery on Feb 28th, 2026.
I suspect a parasitic drain on my Acro P-2 but instead of just suspecting it, I’m going to start logging the battery changes right here. This is my typical EDC, and the reason the Acro still holds that position despite my concerns are threefold…
1. It’s the only dot I check every day, so it’s the best place for me to troubleshoot parasitic drain.
2. I have a a great set of .0 co-witness irons to back it up if it does fail.
3. I’m not really convinced I’ll be using sights if I need to use the thing in a pinch anyway. 😳🙈👀
