Chair yoga is yoga for every body — no mat required, no floor work, no limitations. 🧘‍♂️🌅

Using a sturdy chair for support, Jessyca Eve will gently guide you through breathing, stretching, and mindful movement that improves flexibility, circulation, joint health, and mental clarity — all from a seated or standing position.

It is ideal for seniors, those recovering from injury, anyone managing chronic pain, or simply anyone who wants a softer, more supported entry into the practice.
