****TRAGIC HAIR STORY ALERT****
Last summer, Alyssa who has beautiful naturally light auburn hair was in the mood to go blonde. She found a random salon near her home that also a quick availability. On her first session they performed multiple on the scalp bleach processes in a very quick fashion 🤦🏼‍♀️. Yup you guessed it! Her hair was basically melted off 😭 which also meant a massive haircut 💇‍♀️.
A couple weeks later she went back in because her hair was brassy. The stylist thought it would be in Alyssa’s best interest to color her hair dark brown 🤯🤬😱.
Fast forward a year and some well earned hair experience and Alyssa is sitting in my chair.
All she is asking is to feel pretty again and recognize who she sees in the mirror.
Yes, my heart is totally breaking at this moment!!! I am so honored that she asked my to help her with this task 🥰🥰🥰.

**** THE PROCESS****
In an effort to not add to the damage I gave her a healthy haircut and glossed her hair with equal parts of 8gk and clear.
I did this to blend her natural, the brown stripe and deepen the blonde blown out ends. Her hair just isn’t ready for a true color correction just yet.
Then I added 2 rows of 18” using hair layering colors 3k and 31k. This instantly added the length and fullness that her hair once was and will be again.
I blended her hair and the extension hair together creating a fun and sexy curtain bang s**g 💁‍♀️.

**** THE FINISH OUT****
Using a 1 1/4” curling iron. I took 1”X 1” sized sections curling the hair away from the face. I then sprayed the curls with Dry texture spray. Raked out the curls with a wide tooth comb then re-applied Dry Texture Spray to my hearts content!!
