Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you manage your thoughts and gain more control over your emotional reactions and behavior.
On the other hand, mindfulness teaches you to be observant of your thoughts without trying to control them. By simply paying attention to your thoughts, you can catch negative ones and let them go like catching a fish while fishing on a riverbank 🎣

Are You Falling into the Learning Paradox Trap?
It's a common misconception that performing well in practice will automatically lead to success in competition or testing situations. However, research has shown that the group that struggles in practice often performs better in the long run, while the group that excels in practice can struggle when it counts.
As coaches and learners, it's important to prioritize long-term learning over short-term success and be willing to sacrifice some practice performance for better competition performance. Don't fall into the learning paradox trap and prioritize the right kind of practice for success!
