Your body speaks. It sends signals—hunger, fatigue, desire, comfort, pain. Those signals are real, and they matter. But they were never meant to rule you.

Because when the body takes the throne, decision falls. Clarity fades. You don’t act—you 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭. You don’t lead—you submit.

There must be something higher in command. A standard. A code. A mind anchored in purpose. That is what governs, what filters, what decides which voices are followed and which are denied.

You don’t silence the body—you put it in its place.

Because if everything has a hierarchy… "and...well it does"… then the only real question is:

Alright, look, animals don’t wrestle with situations—they live by them. A dog reacts because it must. Instinct is its guide, its wiring, its only option. There is no full-stop, no filter, no internal council weighing consequence against desire.

But you are not wired that way.

You were given something greater—the space between stimulus and response. A moment. A choice. And in that space lives restraint, and wisdom. Where an animal reacts, you can decide. Where impulse pulls, you can stand still—and chill.

So don’t surrender that advantage.
