Not all moving companies are created equal, and we think you deserve to know exactly who you’re trusting with your belongings. 💙
When you hire a moving company, you’re handing over some of the most important things you own. Your furniture, family keepsakes, and everything you’ve worked hard for. That is not something we take lightly.
At First Step Moving, we’re proud to be fully licensed and insured, and even prouder of the trust we’ve built with families throughout Celina and North Texas.
We believe doing business the right way means being transparent, following regulations, protecting our customers, and standing behind the work we do.
And here’s something we want EVERYONE to know: Before hiring any moving company, ask for proof of licensing and insurance. A reputable company should have no problem providing it.
We love our community, and we want to see every family have a safe, positive moving experience, whether they hire us or not.
Because moving day should be exciting, not something you have to worry about. 🏡🚚
Ready for your next move? We’d love to earn your trust. Contact First Step Moving for a free quote!
10 years ago today… Christy Vincent started something with one truck, a big heart, and a simple mission: to serve people well.
What began as Next Step Moving would eventually grow into First Step Moving, but at the core, one thing has never changed: Service. Community. Support.
From one truck to a growing fleet serving families and businesses across North Dallas, this journey has been about so much more than moving boxes.
It’s been about helping people through life’s transitions.
It’s been about showing up for our community.
It’s been about earning trust, one move at a time.
And 10 years later, we are incredibly proud to be First Step Moving Company, the #1 recommended moving company in North Dallas.
Here’s to 10 years of serving our community… and to everything still ahead. 🥂📦
Happy 10 years, First Step! ❤️

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 💗
This month is about so much more than wearing pink. It’s about the women and families whose lives have been changed by breast cancer, the ones currently fighting, the survivors, and the loved ones we continue to remember.
If you are in the middle of it right now, we see you.
If you are on the other side of it, we are so glad you are here.
And if you’ve been putting off scheduling your recommended screening, consider this your reminder to make that appointment.
Life gets busy. We put ourselves last. We tell ourselves we’ll get to it next month.
Make this the month you don’t put it off. 💗
From all of us at First Step Moving, we’re sending love to every person and family impacted by breast cancer this October.
We couldn’t wrap up our Business Spotlight Series without showing some love to the woman who helped make our beautiful bride absolutely GLOW. ✨🤍
Creed’s Skin Care and Coreen deserve this one! Coreen is an incredible aesthetician who knows how to make you feel just as good as you look. And when you’re getting ready for one of the biggest days of your life, having someone you trust taking care of your skin makes all the difference.
Christy was glowing, and Creed’s Skin Care was part of making that happen. 🥹✨
We love any opportunity to highlight the amazing local businesses and people who show up for our community, and Coreen is absolutely one of them.
Go show Creed’s Skin Care some local love and book yourself a little self-care. 🤍 https://creedsskincare.glossgenius.com
