If you enroll NOW for the fall, we can GUARANTEE students will:
- Create their own fall recital piece!
- Learn holiday music they love
- PLUS...this is what we can do over the first 1-2 years:

Foundation-building happens here. Each student learns approximately 30-40 pieces throughout the year, and participates in 2-3recitals and possibly an adjudicated event. Students finish 1 theory/activity book per year on average. Practice expectation is 10-20 minutes per day, 5-6 days per week. Student music requests are encouraged.

"What age should my child start piano lessons?"

This question comes up a lot, so we'd like share what we've found after two decades of teaching. While earlier and later both work, ages 6/7 years old tends to be the sweet spot where our retention is often upwards of 8 years with us at CMM. At this age, children are young enough that they're still eager and open, old enough that they've got the attention span and finger dexterity.

That said, every child is different! Some 5-year-olds are ready, some 8-year-olds need a bit more time.
