Our client is an international jewelry retailer brand launching a handful of US
franchised locations in major markets including Dallas. They specifically chose Frisco for its growth and demographics. This client hired us due to our experience and knowledge of the local market.

We began researching the market to identify all available retail options per our client’s recommended footprint. After narrowing down our top three choices, we toured the location to determine its visibility, ease of ingress/egress, and position to nearby retailers within the scope of the target market’s shopping preferences.

Following negotiations, we secured a 5,000 square foot location with prime visibility and access to Preston Road and with excellent co-tenancy for our client. Our negotiation resulted in a 7-year lease with $40/square foot in T/I allowance, up to six months for build out, four months of abated rent once lease commences, and a rate of $4 below the market.

Overall, we added a total value of over $460,000 for our client.

Brad McDaniel was born and raised in Odessa, Texas, where he developed a knack for leadership and teamwork. Throughout his childhood and high school years playing sports, Brad served as team captain, which cultivated his altruistic desire toward seeing his teammates thrive and succeed.

Brad graduated from the University of Texas Permian Basin with a Business Finance Degree and a Concentration in Energy. At the age of 25, he successfully managed an oil and gas company in West Texas. By the age of 30, Brad partnered with his friends to purchase an electric company that facilitated infrastructure repairs and construction across the United States and Puerto Rico. Since then, Brad started a successful solar EPC company that focuses on building projects for schools across the country.

Within all facets of life, Brad believes in helping people, creating meaningful connections through networking, and bringing positive energy to everything he does. Brad is currently involved with the Multifamily Mindset Group and has helped source apartment syndication deals across the country. He has a passion for commercial real estate and hopes to someday open his own health and wellness training facility.
