Ownership of the stalled 175-acre mixed-use project on the Dallas North Tollway was recently transferred from Atlanta developer Stan Thomas' Wade Park Land Holdings' to a new company, WP Development Partners LLC, according to The Dallas Morning News.

The Gate Project is across Dallas North Tollway from the Wade Park Development and is an all Cash project performing on schedule designed by the Master Developer from Dubai, Invest Group overseas.
