Had an incredible week in Houston at the Texas Defense Aerospace Manufacturing Community summit, hosted by A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES).

I was there representing Frameworks Consulting, LLC alongside Shelley Majors, MBA, SPHR of Boardwalk HR Consulting and Herb Kulp of Blue Guard Equity, supporting the American Manufacturing Association and the broader Texas manufacturing community. In my sessions, I focused on how manufacturers can take what they’re hearing about workforce, compliance, and new technologies and actually plug it into a cohesive business strategy—from prioritizing initiatives and building practical roadmaps, to aligning operations, people, and capital with real growth opportunities.

Together, we helped manufacturers think through how to adopt new tools without disrupting production, stay ahead of evolving requirements, and build more resilient, opportunity-ready businesses. We were honored to share stages with leaders from Lockheed Martin, 's Cutting Edge (ACE), the Institute for Advanced Composites Manufacturing Innovation - IACMI, Haas - Champions Machine Tool Sales, TMAC, Texas State Technical College, APEX accelerator, iFORTRISS, and many more.

This summit really highlighted the strength, collaboration, and innovation happening across Texas manufacturing—especially in the defense and aerospace space.
