DAP Tip of the Day: To kick off 2022, fathers should understand they are a role model, which is often assumed, but sometimes overlooked. But yes, fathers are role models to their kids. A girl who spends time with a loving father grows up knowing she deserves to be treated with respect by boys and she learns what to look for in a partner. A boy who spends time with loving fathers are provided with better direction in life to make sound decisions. Fathers teach boys and girls what is important in life by demonstrating important qualities and character.

Being alone is not the answer. We all need help and guidance.
