HALL Park

HALL Park, the City of Frisco, and the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation recently celebrated a major milestone with the groundbreaking of the next phase of development at HALL Park and the expansion of Kaleidoscope Park.

The project includes construction of The Terraces HALL Park, a new 10-story office building that will add more than 200,000 square feet of premium office space, alongside a $14 million expansion of Kaleidoscope Park. The park expansion will add approximately 1.44 acres of new public space, including enhanced landscaping, water features, expanded event amenities, and additional community gathering areas.

Project partners include HALL Group, the City of Frisco, Kaleidoscope Park Foundation, Frisco Community Development Corporation, Frisco Economic Development Corporation, The Beck Group, Garrison Jones, BGE, and Communities Foundation of Texas.
