ROSO HOMES started a new project 35 days ago.... we design & build new homes BUT we also renovate & add-to existing homes. On this project we are converting a existing 2car garage into a workout room but we are also adding 500sf new garage, plus working attic and adding concrete to the driveway.
Follow our timeline through some photos and videos:
10/13/25 - excavated and set up forms.
10/20/25 - poured foundation
10/25/25 - framing and roof installed.
11/1/20 - installed Hardie siding (board & batten)
11/5/25 - exterior - matched 20 year old brick and stone.
11/9/25 - finished exterior brick & stone
11/11/25 - installed drywall, tape & bed, add texture
11/15/25 - Primed all interior walls and ceilings. Painted Exterior.
Today - Interior Trim completed and Interior Paint today
11/27/25 - Install garage door, install new flooring in workout room, install 25 light fixtures, epoxy garage floors.
