Director of Construction

With more than 38 years of experience in commercial construction, Todd brings deep operational knowledge and hands-on leadership to every project at Creed Development.

Todd has overseen the construction of convenience stores, oil change facilities, and car washes across multiple markets — managing everything from permitting and compliance to budgeting, contractor coordination, and final delivery. Prior to Creed, he served as Director of Construction at one of the nation’s largest automotive service developers, where he led teams, trained construction managers, and ensured projects moved from planning to operation with precision.

His background also includes working with major national brands, where he managed contractors, maintained project documentation, and tracked costs to keep builds aligned and accountable. With extensive experience in fuel systems, OSHA compliance, and large-scale project ex*****on, Todd understands what it takes to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and at a high standard.
