PSA Folks: Whether I am your insurance agent or just a friend on Facebook. Some of you have heard me say it a dozen times and some of you have never heard it. There is no better time than right this minute to walk around to every room of your house or your business and take photos or a video of every single item in your home. Whether it is a protest turned upside down, a tornado, or a house fire, you need to be able to prove you owned things in order to have a chance of making an insurance claim on those items. You do not need to have a receipt for your 60" TV but you also can't just say you had a 60" TV so the picture or video will at least show you had one. Share this advice with all of your friends and family, and someday you will thank me.
