Are you damaging your hair on “accident”? Don’t worry gf! You’re not alone. Sooo many women don’t realize that missing THESE two important steps, can actually ruin the integrity of our hair!

Here are two tips to help prevent unnecessary heat damage!

REASON 1: Not applying a leave in/heat protectant before styling. Be sure your hair is towel dried before application, as to not dilute your product. Apply throughout your mid length and ends, brushing through for thorough saturation.

REASON 2: Not allowing your hair to be 80-90% dry before applying a round brush and heat to it. Allow hair to air dry before applying heat, but if this isn’t feasible, power dry it quickly with a dryer. Removing as much moisture as possible. If you start trying to blow dry and round brush your hair too soon, you will be wasting time and energy, and also applying unnecessary heat, drying out your locks even more.
