Hi friends! I’m looking to have someone take over my lease at the studio starting in November. I am unfortunately losing my renters and my lease is not up until March. If I am unable to find someone then I will be subleasing the 4 rooms out again. I am in love with this space but it is just too big for me, and I am looking to downsize.
