A quick update from your community management team 🌳

This week, Lisa walked the grounds at Monte Verdi alongside the team from Elite, including a certified arborist who carefully evaluated the health of our trees throughout the neighborhood.

The arborist provided expert guidance on which trees need attention now, where removal may be the safest and healthiest option, and a long-term plan to keep our trees — and the rest of the landscape — thriving for years to come.

All of this information, along with the recommendations gathered during the walkthrough, will be presented to our board members for review. The board will make the final decision on how to move forward, with the long-term health, safety, and interest of the community as the priority.

We'll keep residents updated as decisions are made and work is scheduled. Thanks for trusting us to take care of where you live. 💚
