She always finds new ways to utilize our furniture 🤦🏽‍♂️ 😂

So this is me in the hospital again because of diabetic foot issues. Another toe has been amputated and even though I was sad about it, thinking about all my Nike’s, shoes and socks that I have to wear and how am I going to sport them being I’m losing parts of my feet I was reminded of Job in the Bible and this verse where he says:
“Naked I came from my mother's womb, And naked shall I return there. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; Blessed be the name of the LORD.”
Job 1:21 which then reminded me of Philippians 4:6-7 which says,
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
You see, I was stressing about how am I now going to do things with my kids, around the house, how was I going to drive or just even walk. I was stressing about how i, at 49 am still young because I still feel like I’m 24 and now how was I supposed to be there for my family. I don’t want to have to depend on them or rather, have to put this burden on them to have to constantly do things for me.
This is when God, through the Holy Spirit used the internet to show me I shouldn’t be stressing about it because if he blessed Job, Paul and many others because of their faith in him, he could and is going to bless me because of my unwavering faith in him. And I know he will because I have many stories of how God has saved me from death, illness’ and has blessed me with so much.
So I’m here to serve as a testimony to and for you. That when you think things are going bad, when you think it’s the end or the worst, when you think things can’t and won’t get better, just look at me, my life and what I’ve had to endure but have come out victorious because of my God and his promise to always keep us safe and blessed as long as we remain faithful to him.
Just keep looking at him. Keep seeking him. Keep reading the Bible and talk to those who have Jesus in their heart and the Holy Spirit around them at all times and you will see how things will get better for you as well.
