To celebrate the beginning of the holiday season, the Fresno ASCE Branch participated in the annual Christmas Tree Lane Walk night. Members of ASCE, YMF and the Student Chapter bundled up with their family and friends to participate in this local tradition.

Great to see our branch out in full force for the annual ASCE bowling tournament!

Great turnout today at the monthly meeting. Mark and Shawn of Cornerstone Structural Engineering Group presented their recent resurfacing and start-finish bridge replacement at the world-renowned WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. The project design was completed in a record four months and was specifically designed to accommodate the raceway's busy race and exhibition schedule. Construction began in November 2022 and was completed in June 2023.

Great presentation with Patrick Reilly, a Civil Engineering Master's Student at Fresno State. He provided some great insight into the impact of Telecommuting Travel Behavior in Urban and Rural Communities in the USA.
